Getting Started With Macros

I have been tracking long enough that I can easily stay under my calories. However I have not been paying attention to my macros. What advice do you have for someone getting started paying attention to macros? Are certain ones more important to hit than others? I.e. Protein is more important than carbs? Or is it the ratios that matter most? I'm a total noob here and would love any advice you can offer!

Depends on your goals.
If you are looking to build muscle mass, go with higher protien.
For someone who simply wants to be in good shape, the pre-sets are pretty good. Neither one is more important than another, you need all to be healthy.
I'd say work on one, then work on the second, then try to balance all the best you can.0 -
Thanks for that, good post0
