I'm looking for postpartum support and friends who are mommas in general. Losing this weight after baby #3 is no easy feat. I need a pal to stay motivated and to inject a little fun and humor into this process so I don't go insane! I'm focusing on diet right now since the munchkins like to climb on me, hang onto my arms, poke me in the eyes, slap my butt and generally make my exercising at home utterly impossible! lol If only online friends could be virtual babysitters and keep my kids alive while I go and exercise right? You'd help me out if you could wouldn't ya? Add me as a friend if you're so inclined and forgive my ignorance as I've just added this app today and am a far cry from technologically savy. Savy?

Hey there...think about the local YMCA they usually have child care childcare and i kmow single moms there get discounts on memberships based on income.
Some have a pool..and getting in the pool with you kids is fun and a lot of exercise!..
    Lol
    Good luck on your journey
    Your friend!

I'm a mom to 3 kids as well. Best investment for me has been a gym with childcare included! My kids LOVE to go to the "gym play place" and it allows me 1-2 hours to work out (or just relax, yes I've not worked out while at the gym a few times). :)

Good advice. I haven't looked at our YMCA in a long time. Its the only one that had childcare as far as I know. But it was pretty pricey and my husband makes a handsome enough salary that I wouldn't qualify for discounts. But I wonder if paying a day rate might work for me right now. Little man is just 4 months old so we're not traveling a whole lot yet and its a bit of a drive.
