Hey y'all! Semi-new here! Currently on day 24 of P90x3! Getting a little discouraged because the scale hasn't budged at all! I definitely feel stronger overall though! Anyways, I'm a mom to three sweet babes, the youngest being 5 months (still breastfeeding). I constantly feel so exhausted! Nothing seems to help with this feeling. I have done my workout diligently, but some days I seriously feel as if I can't get out of bed because I'm so sleepy! Looking for tips, advice, friends, motivation, and encouragement! Spam me

    Maybe more sleep and less exercise will make you less exhausted, and just focus on tracking food intake accurately, will make the scales move?

    Sometimes when I'm really exhausted I take a rest day, that usually helps. Listen to your body.
