My Progress

I just wanted to say hello and tell you a bit about myself. I have lost almost 44 pounds and I only have 27 left to go it's so exciting! I am learning about how to slowly transition into maintenance because that part frightens me a bit and I'd like to be prepared mentally for when I reach my goal weight. I walk 5 miles a day and would love to meet some fellow walkers and talk to others that are close to goal like me. New friends are very welcome and it's a pleasure meeting you all! Xoxo
