Overeating?

At this point I've lost right at 70 pounds in the last year. I didn't really lose much over the summer with the kids being home and such. Not really an excuse, but we enjoyed ourselves.
I'm trying to jump back on track. I don't know if it's the back to school schedule or what. But I'm having problems. I'm getting about 7 hours of sleep every night. I have sleep apnea, and my machine is reading that everything is fine. But I wake up sooo exhausted. Coffee isn't touching it, nothing. So basically because I'm so tired, my body is trying to gain energy by telling me I'm hungry, and need food for energy (explanation from my specialist with my apnea). So I'm hungry all day, no matter what I eat. Today I felt so hungry, I couldn't satisfy it, and I ended up throwing up because I'd eaten too much. I was eating slowly, healthy options, high protein, etc.
I stopped working out because of a shoulder injury. But I plan on getting a membership soon and starting small, try to work back up. I take daily vitamins, omega 3 fish oil, vitamin D, and B complex vitamins. Does anyone have any suggestions?

How many calories are you eating, and how much of a deficit is that? How much weight do you have left to lose?0 -

Sorry, I missed this part. I'm not a doctor, but whenever something involves throwing up, regardless of other factors, I suggest seeing a doctor. Intense tiredness and hunger, combined with throwing up would lead to an Urgent Care visit for me.3 -
For 1.5 pounds a week, my calories need to be at 1670. I lost the 70 pounds mainly with dieting. I have rods in my legs so too much exercise hurts, but I do make sure that I get exercise of some form in. I still need to lose about 85 pounds to be in the normal range for my height.0

I wouldn't think you should be starving and tired from eating 1670 calories, unless it was like, all jelly beans and pixie stix . Sorry I can't offer anything else, I hope you feel better!1

Seven hours of sleep may be enough for some people, but would make me tired. Have you tried just getting more sleep?
I agree that throwing up sounds like something you should talk to a doctor about.1
