Hi all, I was wondering if there is a way to export my daily food log/diary.

You can do that with the paid version.

I'm looking to Export nutrition information of each food, and especially the INGREDIENTS for allergy analysis. Is possible in the paid version. I don't want to pay for it, then find out all I get is a simple list of food names.

No entry comes with an ingredient list - if you have allergies, you should be reading the labels of all food to make sure it's safe for you to eat, not relying on an app using predominantly user entered information as it's database.

The MFP database would not be suitable. The closest one I am aware might be cronometer and even then having seen a friend get an allergic reaction to oatmeal whose label she had both checked AND tested by swirling a bit half an hour ahead of eating (contact with mucus membranes)...anyway. EpiPen. Hospital. Three days to recover. Yeah. Database not good enough. (the conclusion was that the food was cross-contaminated because nothing on the label explains the results. So I guess my example is badly chosen since it didn't matter what either the database or label said)
