Graduating high school weighing only 145 lbs after chronic injuries managed to heal and after 5 years of 5am workouts, disciplined dieting, and nearly throwing up to get enough calories to gain muscle mass I finally am almost to my goal. End result I hope to be at 235 lbs maintaining at 8% bf
