i go on holiday in 3 weeks and really want my tummy flatter i have been good at earing all day until the last 2 hours ive had abt 700 calories worth of chox:( help dreSin weigh in

Sorry i was tired last nite and didnt explain very well lol i didnt decide 3 weeks before my holiday that i want 2 lose weight im very aware these things take time and effort i have lost weight over the last year but have been over indulging in choc lately and its all gone 2 my tummy im lookin 4 tips 2 help tone before i go and if any1 can advise any small changes that could help thank u1

Buy a killer looking bikini and enjoy your holiday.
The best you could do is to cut salt and carbs to drop a bit water weight but that won't alter the fat on your stomach and soon as you eat some carbs it'll go straight back on.

In that amount of time you can realistically lose a max of about six pounds, which may make some difference, but not much. Stop binging on chocolate, log everything, and eat to your calorie goal. No workout routine is going to have much of a result in that amount of time, but it won't hurt you. There's no need to focus on abs specific routines because you can't spot lose fat, but a generalized weight lifting routine is the best approach for losing inches on your waist.
If you go overboard trying to get results in too short a time, you will feel ill, sore, and tired and not enjoy your vacation. Just do the things you should have been doing all along, and understand that the situation is what it is.3 -
