My routine, your thoughts

I recently (3 months in) have changed to a very active lifestyle and almost seem to be addicted to my new life now. So here's a snapshot of what my current routine looks like on an average week.

Sunday - group circuit training 45 mins OR or in good weather 3 hrs hiking, plus occasional core strength training group class 45 mins
Monday - rest day
Tuesday - weights circuit training 45 mins
Wednesday - spin class 45 mins
Thursday - weights circuit training 45 mins
Friday - rest day
Saturday - 45 mins circuit training, 45 mins spin, occasionally a yoga class 45 mins

Any thoughts on my routine, too much? Not enough?

What else do you recommend I incorporate?

Thanks!

It all depends on if you're wanting to lose weight or tone, or do both. Cardio is the best for weight loss and you're getting a lot of that in. Maybe you could try doing different exercises on one day so you're not constantly repeating yourself. Your body gets used to repetition so change it up sometimes.

For three months in, that looks great. Listen to your body, if you are exhausted all the time it might be too much. If/when you feel that they are a bit easy, that's when it's time to do a bit more. I like that you incorporate rest days, very important, most people starting out go all-out and don't realize that the body needs rest.
