Just starting out on keto, today I did a batch prep for meals all low carb. I also tried bulletproof coffee....I liked it but it did not like me. I may have made it too strong but am afraid to try again for fear uspet digestion. Any tips for the keto lifestyle will be welcomed.

    You don't have to drink that crap! Seriously lol. Low carb, moderate protein, fat to SATIETY. Count your calories, make sure your sodium levels are handled and keep it simple. Don't buy into all the bullet proof coffee and stuff unless YOU like it. I dont touch the stuff. Blech! You dont have to buy all those expensive ingredients. You don't have to make food with 15 ingredients in them. Just figure out what you like and go from there. It really is a simple way to eat when you cut out the noise.
