Mom of 4 at 39 looking to make friends and get fit!

Last summer I began yoga and intermittent fasting. This resulted in a 30 lb weight loss but by the end of the fall my weight loss had stalled. This summer I decided to get serious. I completed the 21 Day Fix and followed that with the ultimate Fix. I'm also still doing yoga. And want to loose 30 more lbs to reach 130 lbs. but most of all I want to be fit, feel strong, and be a good roll model for my kids.

I would love to connect with other moms of many kids who are also on this journey.

    I'm not really sure how to friend you but I'm open to it. I'm 33, mom of 3 boys in CO. The 15 lbs. of baby.... ok, toddler weight is very stubborn this time around. I've lost 5 and would ultimately like to shed 35-40 more.

    Hi ladies! I'm not sure how to friend anyone either as I'm new to MFP but I would love to be friends :) I'm 37 and have 3 girls. I am currently working on losing my pregnancy weight. Ultimately I want to be fit, toned, and at a healthy weight. I try to eat clean as much as possible and I try to walk 10,000 steps per day. Plus strength training 3 times per week. So far I've lost 36 pounds and counting. Any advice or support is much appreciated!

    Hi Daring! Feel free to add me. I've been around here for a while now and am the 42yr old mom of 3 boys. I lost a little vanity weight last year, but I stick around because being on here keeps me accountable and motivated to keep up with my workouts and eating. I want to make sure I am strong and fit as I age and independent as long as possible.
