Weekly Target

Hiya folks! Wanted to ask, in your experience, what is an achievable, sensible and healthy weight loss target per week?

    Depends on your weight and height.

    This website only encourages the maximum of 2lbs per week, which is about how much the human body can lose a week unless extremely obese. Any more than that needs to be under doctor supervision.

    Some people who only have 10lbs left to lose should not be trying for any more than half a pound a week.

    I have mine set for 1lb a week, the calories are a lot easier to stick to and I can eat more if I exercise, which I really enjoy.

    I went for 1 lb. per week and in 80 days/11 weeks I have lost 20 lbs. I found that when I entered 2 lbs per week they set my calories so low that I was hungry... at 1 lb. per week I am at calories that don't leave me hungry.
