Hi fitness pals, am now ready to join in with you all on your journey, been through the mill a bit these last 2 years and now hardly recognise myself , fed up of making excuses now as I can see the light at end of tunnel healthwise, (to cut a long story short breast cancer, losing my mum to ovarian cancer and then I had to have hysterectomy) now have so many clothes that don't fit and just need to get into proper exercise again and feeling fit and healthy look forward to working with you, all good luck, feel free to add me...
