    You have come to the right place! Ditch the ideas of motivation and trying and right foods. To lose weight you need to eat less, to get fit you need to move more, and to imprve health, you need to eat better. Doesn't that sound a bit less scary and difficult? Use your food diary, log food intake correctly, be consistent and patient, and you will lose weight. Train smart and get in a wide variety of foods from all the food groups every day, while sticking to your calorie goal, and you are doing what you can for your health and fitness. Support is great, but you are doing it.
