I am 62 yrs old weigh 135 and I am 5,1". I currently babysit my 5 grand children who are 1,4,5,6, and 11 yrs old. I have no time nor the energy at the end of day to exercise. Always doing things with them. The baby doesn't walk so pretty much carry Harper everywhere.
How would I determine my if I am active , non active to figure out what calories I would need to keep up with these kids?
Sorry for the long post.
Thanks

Just try out an activity level for a month and adjust from there. If you lose more than you're set for, your activity level is higher. I'd start with lightly active.1
