Meal Prep beginner, seeking a healthy weight for pain management

Been here a while but I figured it's about time to join the community. The name is Audrey but people online call me Oddy for the most part. I'm 26, and I deal with chronic pain by way of scoliosis alongside depression and anxiety.

Since using MyFitnessPal I've lost 13lbs! My goal is to get to 130lbs in weight because the more weight I lose the less I seem to feel the pain in my back. I've recently made the switch to meal prepping and I'm on week two. I love it! I'm still playing around with what macro balances work for me, but I keep to the 500 calorie deficit rule to help me lose weight at a healthy rate. The tools I use to help me the most are my Apple Watch and MyFitnessPal along with a slew of apps that walk you through exercise.

I'm looking for friends who are into a similar lifestyle change and a community where we can help support each other in our journey to be healthier while keeping it down to earth. If you're interested, hit me up for conversation. I promise I don't bite.
