Keto meal planning question

My sister does well on low carb and she is at it again. I'm not joining her this time, but I'm trying to help her plan her meals because she is busy. Here is what I arrived at so far (will be adding more fat for calories):

I'm already over her desired 20g net carbs maximum but I'm only at 8 grams of fiber. How do people balance this? What changes can I make?

    Dont know. Can't see those recipes. As to fiber I dont worry about hitting a goal. It isnt my focus.
