What exercises should you do to lower your body fat percentage

Should you do a lot of cardio to loose weight to loose weight or do weight training or both?

    Strength/resistance training combined with a calorie deficit. But if you like cardio, do it too.

    While eating at a deficit, strength training will help preserve the muscle you have. Cardio is great for your health and can help create that deficit. I would make strength training a priority though if your goal is to lower your bodyfat %.
