Question about losing weight after the first few weeks?

So, i have lost 7 pounds since Tuesday, im 200 right now, i was 207. I lost alot of weight fast, and i understand you're supposed to lose alot of weight the first few weeks of working out(running 2 times a day for 35 minutes each, and doing 50 crunches everyday for me) and just drinking water. but after those few weeks, and i still have my belly fat, what step should i take to lose weight? Should i do the same thing? do i workout more? please help.

    Continue eating at a calorie deficit and consume enough protein and fat and you will lose weight. If you'd like to use exercise to help you along, you can, but it's no necessary. Consider strength training to retain muscle while losing weight, otherwise a good portion of your weight loss will be from muscle loss.
