Calling All Mommys to Be!

I'm not new to My Fitness Pal, in fact I have used it for years. I stopped using it for a while because I was able to get in the habbit of eating responsibally.
Now I am happy to announce that I am expecting my first child. I am currently 18 weeks and I am beyond excited.
Hoooooweever I have been eating so terribly lately. I dont want to lose weight per say, more so I would like to eat healthier for me and my child. The cravings has got me eating every ounce of sugar I can get my hands on.
I am also having issues due to me having a friable cervix which limits my activity level. So any tips of being slightly active but still effectively so would be great.
Any help and advice from other moms or mothers to be would be much appreciated. Feel free to add me.

I found this post about calorie counting while pregnant helpful:

The group linked at the bottom is also still active and there is a nice group of ladies participating in it.
I would talk to your Dr. about what exercises they recommend with your condition. They should be able to give you guidance on what to do and what not to do.0
