Yogurt and honey

I am wanting to consume more raw natural local honey. A way I want to do this is by mixing it with plain Greek yogurt. My question is do I use LOW fat or non LOW fat Greek yogurt? I don't want to gain weight so I'm leaning towards the LOW fat side. Please tell me your opinion.

Does the full fat fit in your calorie goal? That's all that really matters.

It doesn't matter. Eat whichever you prefer and make it fit into your calorie allowance.

You can eat either low fat or regular yogurt, which ever fit in your calories better.

I eat the 0% because it tastes the same as full fat yogurt to me, so i may as well save the calories.

    What they said.

Personally I would like full fat because I don't want all the added sugar but it's kind of hard to find.

Low fat having a lot more sugar than the full fat version is largely a myth, unless you compare flavoured/fruit to plain yogurt.

My low fat yogurt has 3.3g of sugar per 100g.
Full fat version has 2.7g per 100g.

Which i think is a pretty negligible difference.
