So...been tracking for 63 days, have lost 7 pounds. I have decided to go dairy free and limit animal proteins. Looking to lose some weight and improve my health. Wife and kids are very supportive and are jumping on board with the change in eating habits. I manage a fast food restaurant so this isn't easy. Would be great to have a few friends on here for additional support.
