Need help with today's lunch

Hi all,
I'm hoping somebody can give me ideas for lunch since I didn't go grocery shopping this weekend. I've put in my breakfast, dinner, and snacks and that leaves me with around 470 calories for lunch.
I'm at work right now so I don't have access to a whole lot of cooking supplies. There's fast food, a WalMart, and a grocery store all nearby.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Lean Cuisine or other frozen meal from the grocery store...you can find one you like with the calorie count on the box.2

Wal-Mart has premade salads. There are also salad kits. You can buy grilled chicken in the meat dept.
A frozen dinner and half a bag of steamer veggies (save the rest for tomorrow's lunch) add a small apple and you're all set.
Wendy's plain baked potato topped with a small order of chili.2
