So it took a big blood pressure scare to get me back buy here I go starting over AGAIN!! Glad to see people that were here the last time I signed in I'm looking to you all for inspiration!!!!

I am back after a year away. Gained 20 pounds in that year. Pretty disgusted since I worked so hard to lose that 20 pounds. I lost my focus and am hoping this will keep me focused. It is so frustrating to keep starting over.
