Should I track this activity?

My gear 2 watch periodically thinks I'm working out while I'm at work. I'm not doing anything particularly strenuous, I work in retail so I move around a lot. MFP pucks up those "workouts" and gives me activity calories... Should I be counting those or deleting them?

    If it's something you have been doing daily and is not new delete them. Also, check the activity level you have set for yourself. Working retail where you are on your feet all day should be one of the options if I remember
