Hey folks. I am back on here to help get an account on my food eating habits, as I clean it up. Probably eating out about 6 times a week, sometimes multiple times a day on my off days. It's not only killing my savings, but killing all my progress.
I'm currently training jiu jitsu about 5 times a week, but I have not touched a weight or done any body weight exercises in about 2 months. Along with my poor diet, I have started to transition into a 'dad bod'. My intent is to lose about 10-15lbs of fat, and replace that with muscle. My current weight is about 209.
My schedule will be the following:
Sunday - Yoga
Monday - Jiu Jitsu / Kettlebells / Yoga
Tuesday - Jiu Jitsu / Deadlift(Heavy)
Wednesday - Yoga
Thursday - Jiu Jitsu / Kettlebells
Friday - Jiu Jitsu / Kettlebells
Saturday - Yoga / Jiu Jitsu / Kettlebells
