Any good recipe suggestion for sweet potato fries?

I am going to make some turkey burgers tomorrow and just realized I have a few Sweet potatoes as well so I figured it would be a nice pairing. Any suggestions?

made these the other night with a friend.... we added salt pepper and a lil garlic powder.....

Olive oil, kosher salt and either chili powder or smoked paprika.

I use this recipe for oven fries for sweet potatoes too. I adapt a bit: just cover the bowl with a plate in the microwave step, and use less oil. I spray the nuked fries with a little olive oil and then sprinkle some cornstarch on.

This is how I make mine. Just slice the potatoes up, toss them in the oil mixture, throw on a pan and into the oven. I love sweet potatoes!
