Decided to re-download this app purely out of interest on my calorie intake per day. Years ago I lost the weight that I wanted to shift and now packing on lean muscle. As it happens Im not eating enough calories however I im not sure how im going to fit in more calories when most days im not all that hungary after main meals. Breakfast, lunch and dinner currently consist of good foods and supplements.....I suppose I will just have to serve up more in one sitting
