I really like salsa on scrambled eggs, if you're looking for something with a little more protein. Or salsa with raw veggies.9

Red pepper slices. Or a spoon.4

I second pepper.
Or make a big salad with some meat and veggies and a lot of salsa on top.0 -

1) Oven-roasted veggies. I can easily go overboard on potatoes, so when I'm doing oven-baked 'fries' (I.E. shake my veggies in a Ziploc with 1 tsp of oil and some seasoning), I add in carrot sticks and green beans to make a bigger side.
2) You can make your own tortilla chips by cutting the tortillas into eight wedges, spraying with a little cooking spray or brushing a small amount of oil, and adding salt. Then bake at about 350 until crispy. Probably around 10 minutes.
3) I like putting a couple of spoonfuls on top of an omelette or fritatta0 -
Also, salsa soup. A big blop of salsa, chicken or veggie stock, and anything else you want to add (black beans, rice, shredded chicken, veggies, etc.).2

I eat salsa with a fork at mexican restaurants...my husband gets annoyed. I don't make a mess though. I have it down to a science.1

Homemade sweet potato chips, cucumbers, broccoli.....0

For a crispy idea, I buy 34 degree crackers- you can have 9 crackers for 50 calories. They come in different flavors ...they do the trick when I am craving the salsa. Which, if you have not tried the recipe on here for Cucumber Strawberry salsa.....do yourself a solid and try it. OMG0

I like salsa on rice cakes.
While not of the dipping variety, I also like to have baked potatoes for dinners with black bean salsa and a little shredded cheese. Or grilled chicken topped with salsa and avocado. Or whole wheat toast, cream cheese, and salsa.

Pork Rinds they give you a crunch you want with a chip and are protein, no carbs2

I'm fond of Ak-Mak Armenian crackers for dipping in salsa, cottage cheese, and other things. Good amount of protein and fiber, 110 cals for 5 pieces (each cracker is about 1.5 X 4 inches). If you're looking for low carb options, I like carrot and celery strips, and jicama sliced thinly. Kohlrabi's nice if you can find it.
I also like salsa on eggs, sandwiches, and baked potatoes as others have said. It has to be a quality salsa; I like Frontera brand.0 -
Not sure what type of diet you are on.. but I have made nachos with terra veggie chips! Or sweet potato chips. Cheesey. Lots of spice and cilantro bite.0
