Hi everybody
I joined in January and was doing really well up until April then I went out for a beer with some mates and the next thing I knew two months about a dozen donner kebabs and 8lb had went by laugh
Anyway I'm back in the habit and looking for some new friends to keep me going, I check in daily and am trying to exercise regularly(kinda
)
So add me and lets do this!
