No one can motivate you on this site.. you may get some inspiration from others achievements.. but in the end it is up to you.. for me I want to be around longer for my children and wife..I was 350..am 270 today and I feel like a guy in his twenties.. I can only imagine how I will feel at 250.. best of luck you can do this
