I've kind of hit a weight loss wall the last two weeks and the scale hasn't moved. I dug this shirt out of the drawer on my way to the gym and couldn't believe how baggy it was! The day I bought it (pictured), I did everything in my power to make myself seem smaller and the shirt look bigger. I was on my second week of working out and refused to buy a larger size.
Sometimes we get frustrated at how slow progress is, but it's important to look back at how far we've come!

GW: 199lbs -- December 31, 2017 (I HOPE!!)
