Are you breastfeeding? This makes a difference. If you are breastfeeding, you should set your MFP weekly weight loss goal to "maintain weight". Then when you stick to your calorie limit, your milk production takes care of the calorie deficit you need to lose weight at a healthy rate.1

Me! I only gained 14lbs while pregnant and have lost 15lbs. I was overweight before I got pregnant and am such a different shape now. Tracking my food and trying to get exercise in where I can really has been helping. I need to fit in some strength training but my little one is not yet sleeping through the night at 8mths and that makes getting up early rough.
I walk at least 30mins a day, during my lunch break. I just need to figure out what to do once it starts to get too cold/snow here. Hopefully I'll be able to add a home workout in in the mornings by then.
I breastfeed for 6.5mths, and had to make sure i kept my calories up for that. I was getting my walks in and trying to eat correctly, while BF'ing but not reducing calories yet.
Right now, it's the little victories like fitting into more pre-pregnancy cloths.0
