WHAT ARE SOME GOOD EXERCISES FOR YOUR BOOTY?

I already have a nice rear end but I want to lift it a little more if that's possible. what are some moves or exercises I can do to help with that and how often should I do them? thanks:wink:

    Squats/deadlifts/lunges.
    I do squats twice a week, dead lifts once, lunges once or twice
  • No help here, I want to know the answer to this also. I've been working out for over 2 months now (mostly cardio) and my butt has gotten smaller which I'm not happy about!

    I squat with weights (currently at 50 pounds, but whatever is heavy for you) three times a week. I do 5 sets of 5 squats, with 1 set of 5 squats as a warm up with light weight (maybe 10 pounds, just something to get in the right form). The last set of 5 should be difficult to do.

    I started seeing results after about a week and a half.
