Good time to weigh and exercise in morning

I usually wake up around 7-8 then run around 9 and weigh myself at 10 am and eat after that.
Should I eat before I run? What is the healthiest route?
Please be kind

Some people like fasted cardio, some don't.
Some people perform better fasted or fed.
Some people can exercise shortly after eating, some will be doing a Technicolor Yawn.

Neither option is universally healthier or better than the other.
Unless you are doing long duration exercise (over 2hrs as a rule of thumb) then just do what suits you.

Weigh whenever you can be consistent, for most people would speculate that's probably first thing in the morning.

I usually weigh right after waking up and going to the bathroom though I will admit that sometimes I'll weigh myself after my morning run to get the 'benefit' of lost water. I'm a sweater so I tend to lose a good 0.5 pounds even after drinking back some of what I lost. I know it's not real, but it's a nice mental boost!

Just get up, use the bathroom then weigh. Sure you can weigh a little less after running, but it's not "real" weight because it's just going to be water loss.

If I eat, it's only eat a small amount before my morning run, because I don't like the feeling of heaviness I get with a full breakfast. Sometimes I don't eat at all before I run. It doesn't matter for weight loss when you eat, but a bite of something might act as the fuel you need to have a productive run.
