Tired of the fast food, unhealthy life
Ready to change my lifestyle in baby steps and quit the fast food/sweets and junk food. Looking forward to any tips pointers and help you have! I can and will do it! I'm determined.

Wish you the best. I honestly think fast food is addictive. I went without for a whole month; so hard. I always have food in my purse such as almond baggie, cheese stick, fiber one bar, protein bar, etc.
You don't really have to go plant based to be healthy. Grilled chicken breast is a great source of lean protein. Skim milk has magnesium, potassium, calcium, protein, etc. Fish such as salmon can be a great source of good fats.0
