Hello,
My name is Stephanie and a year or so ago I lost 25 pounds with Weight Watchers. Well here I am now with 20 of those pounds back on my body. Unfortunately, once I stopped my WW membership I lost my motivation and fell back into my unhealthy eating habits. I'm looking to very slowly lose about 15 pounds.

If you don't have a food scale, get one. It makes this a scientific lab of almost guaranteed weightloss. You have to log everything.1
