Hi guys,

I really love mayonnaise and I hate dried sandwiches etc...is there some other thing I can use?

Margarine, or butter, would be two obvious choices.

Laughing cow makes 35 calories cheese wedges that are spreadable. I find if I put them on a sandwich they satisfy my cheese cravings and my "not a dry sandwich" cravings

Mayonnaise? Just include it... Use less.

Or, Avo, sugar free BBQ sauce, butter, nut butter, dips/pesto/hummus

Mix mayo with mustard for a creamy but lower calorie spread. Or with hot sauce if you don't like mustard. But who doesn't love mustard?

I saw someone use blended cauliflour as a sauce base. You could make "mashed cauliflour" and use that as a spread as well.

Less mayonnaise. Or pick up one made with olive oil that has fewer calories.

I tried Doctor Oz's recipe for Greek Yogurt Mayo. It doesn't taste like mayo. But is makes a great dip or spread. Reminds me more of Dijonassie, creamy with a tangy mustard flavor. doctoroz.com/recipe/greek-yogurt-mayo

Best Foods makes a great light mayo, only 35 cals per tablespoon.
