Calorie counting

When does everyone stop counting their calories for the day? Do you automatically start over at midnight or do you go from the time you get up till the time you go to bed? This is the only part of calorie counting I'm confused about! Is when do I stop counting my calories for the day?

Do you eat when you are asleep?
I count the calories that I eat on the day I eat them.
I am confused by your question I think. Are you a shift worker or something and often sleep during the day, awake at night?1 -
I consider a day my awake period of the day...If I wake at 3 pm and go to bed at 6 am the next day I count it as the day I woke...for a 24 hour time period.
Having said this I rarely finish my diary for the day1 -
Sleep to sleep for me. I frequently eat after midnight, but it seems silly to count those toward the next day.
PS: It doesn't matter when you cut off your counting, as long as you're consistent. You could start at noon, or 9 AM, or tea time, or beer:thirty.1 -
I count from the time I wake up until I go to bed for the night.
just kidding, I don't even count.0 -

Usually when I hit 7,500 for the day. I'm like "F this" and grab a Yoohoo.2 -

Confused by the question... I wake up and mysteriously have calories in my daily bank, I stop when I have no more for the day. Heck if I don't eat them all, I may eat them tomorrow.1

I typically go from the time I wake up till I go to bed as well... I just wSnt sirecof that was the most accurate way of doing it.0

I guess i have to start to stop. After a while you know what youre eating and what you shouldnt.1
