Great site! I am still reading through some of the linked stuff. The thing I will note is that people who lose on fad diets seem to think that since that diet worked, that is the only diet that works. Not true. Also many of the studies for specific ways of eating (low carb, low fat, etc) are only looking at that way of eating. So proving that it works doesn't prove that other ways don't.0
