The long haul

Hi y'all
So several years ago I dropped several stone and was a wonderful size 12 and fit and healthy. I used MFP then.
Cue divorce and life changes and I found myself at a size 18-20 and people asked me if I was pregnant. The worst a woman can imagine! 220lbs
So I embarked on a good plan - SMART targets, cycling and cardio/strength training. And you know how it goes - the first week was fab, I lost a whopping 9lbs then it slowed down.
And when I plateaued I stopped eating back all my exercise calories and it got going again.
Now, I'm lactose intolerant, and sometimes I just give in and eat chocolate or pastry or similar and it mucks my system up. I bloat out, become constipated and can gain 7lbs in a week. It generally takes 2 weeks to get back to my previous weight when I do that. At the moment it's happening once a fortnight or less, and I get straight back on the diet but damn it's depressing!
My target weight (based on what I was 6 years ago) is 165lbs and right now it seems very daunting and very far away! At this rate, it'll be February 2018
I've dropped 19lbs so far, which is fab, but the reality of dropping just 1lb a week and the ever slow progress gets me down sometimes.
As you'll see from my diary, I'm eating about 1300 a day, lowish carb and exercising 3-5 times a week (a combo of HIIT, strength and long cycle rides)
So any motivational comments you can give me would be very well received!!!
