Just started using MyFitnessPal today after using Fatsecret since 8/17.
I've dropped from 275 to 265 in just under two weeks. Set a pretty lofty goal of 175 for myself but I ain't a-scared....except for going on vacation next week. Wonder how much damage I will end up doing.

    It's all about choices - eat a great / filling breakfast (like bacon, eggs, rye toast); reduce added sugar; get more walking in; have a large mixed / high protein salad for lunch (with little or no dressing); skip the sweet tea; try to stay away from anything breaded or fried (for at least part of the week); load up on protein and veggies for dinner; share a dessert. Just by doing those things while you might gain, you won't be where you were the last time you went on vacation.... and, it will still be enjoyable for you.
