Hi Im 36 and trying to find any suggestions on how to lose weight especially if you have hypothyroidism and pcos. I have tried everything but it seems it works for a little bit than my weight goes back up... trying to find challenges that will help me. So far I am on garmin with the weekly 10k challenge and just joined the 50 meal myfitness pal diary challenge.
