I make yogurt at home. I have been considering replacing my usual lunch with yogurt. Using a 1-cup mason jar, I can add 6 oz yogurt, some granola, berries, powdered peanuts and some powdered concentrated vegetables and have a reasonably nutritious high-protein lunch.0

Here is some ideas for you. They work perfect for salads, yogurt, soup and snacks. I agree Pinterest has a ton. I think there are several blogs that do nothing but mason jar stuff too. The Domestic Geek on YouTube uses them for smoothies and soups you just add hot water too.
