I'm ready

Been going on and off my diet for years ! This time I'm more ready than ever ! Looking for motivational friends that we can help motivate each other !!

    Don't do diet. Log all food that you eat. Log all activities. Keep a calorie deficit. As you do no diet needed. Pick healthy food with as much protein as possible. I don't always make my goal. When I fail. I get back started the next meal or the next day. Welcome. This is a great place .
