DAY 1 / Goal/ Intro

First day trying this app. My goal is to drop 20 pounds before April 2018. I am 60 years old as of two days ago. I am an avid hiker with future plans to section hike the PCT.
Presently, I am a volunteer hike leader for my local Parks & Rec dept., but this ended a month ago because my husband and I have sold our home and will be moving to Arizona in Sept. Until I get down south, I will be fairly inactive in hiking.
I am excited to desert hike and prepare for the PCT.
