Fat to Fit - 1 year journey to a healthy better version of myself...

hi,
my name is Martin - I am from Toronto . I have been overweight since my twenties... now 43.... I embarked on a fitness journey on July - 15th 2017..... at 263 lbs and 40% fat... out of shape...
I signed up with a nutritionist and a trainer.... It is now August 30th and I know weigh 246 lbs and 36% fat.... feeling great..... all natural foods.... veggies and fruits.... meat/chicken/fish..... and supplemented with protein and taking fish oils and multi-vitamins. every nine days i get a cheat meal day.... (thank god) to be honest i love the foods i am now eating..... I even cut drinking pop and putting sugar in my coffee... 3 tblsppons - i was consuming a ton of sugar in liquid form.... Do not miss it all all... seems like all the healthy food keeps me satisfied..... Looking to connect with people in the same or similar journey.... if your in Toronto send me a shout out....
I know this is a slow process and I have accepted that.
I am prepared .
I am consistent
I am disciplined
