44 yr old male I currently eat well mostly clean and log most days. Dexa scan has my BF at 15%. BW is 87kg at 5'10". I am looking to lose 5kg fat whilst maintaining lean muscle mass. Any recommendations for calorie intake and macro nutrient breakup. I train 5 days a week 1-3hrs crossfit and strength
