Hi everyone! So as I wrote the discussion title, I thought to myself - excuses. I am tired of making excuses. My son will be one next month and I took one Depo-Provera shot in December last year that has really messed with my hormones. I am now 193lbs. I was 220lbs. All of your stories and recipes, shared tips and advice have been encouraging, so thank you very much! I am interested in learning more about how to cleanse and rid my body of toxins...especially this Depo. Any suggestions?

Welcome! For most people, Depo only stays in your system for 12 weeks, so it should have cleared your system by now.
