Im a nurse and I am a big snacker, it takes every bit of my willpower to refrain from doing it in the occasional 5 minute breaks I get.
I've signed up to Graze, they're amazing but don't last me too long. Has anyone got any ideas on low calories snacks? Thanks!

Cucumber Wedges with lemon juice and black pepper
Carrot sticks with a little low fat hummus or peanut butter
    Apple Wedges with Cottage Cheese
Strawberries & Black Pepper and Yoghurt
    Popcorn
    Roasted Chick Peas or Soybeans
    Nakd Bars/treat
    String Cheese
    Mini bars of chocolate
    Half a protein bar
    Homemade Protein Muffins

Aldi also do really tasty snack packs by their tills, I really like the veggie burst which is almond, cashew and edamame.

I prep mine on my day off, and have a basket in the kitchen and grab one or two of them to pack in with my lunch.

    Sriracha kale.

I like to keep it pretty simple: cheese cubes, cured meat, raw fruits (especially berries) and veggies, nuts, dried fruit, etc. Like @tinkerbellang83 I often portion stuff out in small containers in advance and grab them in the morning.

Skinny pretzels are my go to. They're called "pretzel slims" at Trader Joe's. Snack Factory also makes them and calls them "pretzel crisps." It feels like you're eating a lot, even though the cals are low. You can dip them in hummus or eat them with cheese. I also like grapes and cherries because they're sweet. I usually measure out a cup. Kind Bar minis are also awesome. 80-100 cals each.
